Marriage in Ihraam (Hadith No. 1558)

Bismillah.
Volume 3, Book 29, Number 63:
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (radiallaahu `anhu):
The Prophet (sallallaahu `alayhi wasallam) married Maimuna (radiallaahu `anhaa) while he was in the state of Ihram, (only the ceremonies of marriage were held).
This opinion, as discussed by scholars, was that of Ibn `Abbas (radiallaahu `anhu) only, who was most likely mistaken in this. Maimuna (radiallaahu `anhaa) herself says she did not get married in the state of Ihraam. See Abu Dawud: 1843 and Muslim: 1411.
Also, `Uthman (b. 'Affan) reported it directly from Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) that he said:
A Muhrim should neither marry (in that state) nor make the proposal of marriage.
[Sunan an-Nasa'i 2844, Sahih Muslim 1409]
However, there's an exception. Someone who has exited the first stage of Ihraam may get married [contract only], however, intercourse will only be permissible once second stage of Ihraam has been exited completely as well. [IslamQA]

Steps to avoid Zina


Islam is supporter of modesty and condemns all events leading to immodesty.We should say no to valentine days and should promote all those acts which purify society from adultery and fornication.

Following steps can be taken to avoid zina:

1)Nikah should be done immediately after puberty
2)Muslim youth should be engaged in preaching and education.
3)Musical events and mix gatherings should be discouraged.
4)Co education should be discouraged.
5)Segregation of genders should be maintained at workplace.
6)Healthy field games like shooting,swimming and riding should be promoted.
7)Muslim youth should fast frequently.
8)We should spend idle time in zikar e ilahi and recitation of Quran.
9)Pornography should be controlled in educational and business institutes by administrators and there should be strong parental check on teenagers

I am not trying to attack those who are into relationship outside wedlock. The fact that we Muslims have stopped advancing in our level of knowledge or anything that's beneficial to the society or ourselves has led me to the making of this video.

I am sorry if i am being harsh, but truth, most of the time is harsh. Just because we pray 5 times or belong to a Muslim family does not mean these are minor issues and can be neglected. They are dangerous!
