Backbiting is one of the worst social evils which has been strictly condemned by Allah and His Rasool (p.u.bh).The person who back bites is like the one who eats the meat of his dead brother.No one will like to eat meat of the dead brother but most of us are ready to insult and redicule their brothers and sisters in their absence.This results in promotion of unrest in this life and hellfire in hereafter.

It is not permissible to exchange old gold for new gold and pay the difference in price



Is it permissible to exchange old gold that I have for new gold, and pay the goldsmith/GOLD DEALER the difference in price?.

Praise be to Allaah. 

It is not permissible to exchange low-quality gold for good gold and pay the difference.

This is haraam and is not permissible,



and the evidence for that is the report narrated in al-Saheehayn and elsewhere in the story of Bilaal (may Allaah be pleased with him) who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with some good dates and he said: “Where did you get these from?’ Bilaal said: I had some bad dates and I sold two saa’s of them for one saa’ so that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) might eat from it. The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Oh, do not do this, it is the essence of riba, the essence of riba.”

So Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained that adding more to things that should be regarded as equal because of the difference in quality is the essence of riba, and it is not permissible to do that.

But as he usually did, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) showed him a permissible way. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told him to sell the bad dates for dirhams, then use the dirhams to buy good dates. Based on this, we say that if a woman has low quality gold or gold that people no longer wear, she can sell it in the market, then take the money and buy good gold. She should do it in this way that was taught to us by our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Allah fixed the very portion of adultery which a man will indulge in. 

There would be no escape from it. 

The adultery of the eye is the lustful look 

and the adultery of the ears is listening to voluptuous (song or talk) 

and the adultery of the tongue is licentious speech

and the adultery of the hand is the lustful grip (embrace) 

and the adultery of the feet is to walk (to the place) where he intends to commit adultery

and the heart yearns
and desires which he may or may not put into effect.

Tips to Control Anger!

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed a remedy for the person in a state of anger, instructing him to sit down or lie down until he cools off. Also, he told us that performing wudu’ is a good way to put out the “fire” of one’s anger. May Allah forgive us all and protect us from Hellfire, Amen!

In order to control your anger, you must do two things:

First, you should ask yourself why, when, and how you are getting angry and control the circumstances that create such situations. By directing your thoughts in this way, you can often control your anger. So condition yourself to ask questions such as the following: Why am I getting angry? What is the big deal about reacting to something that happened in the past? Can I change it now? If the milk is already spilled, how is my anger going to help to bring it back? What benefit can I gain by reacting in anger? Is there anything far more beneficial I can do instead?

Furthermore, think of all the harmful effects of anger if it is not controlled.
In fact, there is nothing more destructive than anger if it leads to violence or inflicting verbal or emotional abuse on people. So condition yourself to think of the destructive consequences of anger until you learn to associate anger with pain, ugliness and suffering. In this way, you will be better able to take control of your anger and make sure that it is not expressed in a harmful way.

10 Points of Enlightenment on What Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) Gave to Humanity

All praise is due to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon His final Messenger.
Some non-Muslim westerners have been wondering what it is that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) presented to humanity, particularly after the defamation of his honorable character by western media.

Assuming responsibility under the International Program for Introducing the Prophet of Mercy (blessings and peace be upon him), we deem it our duty to answer the questions regarding what our Prophet gave to humanity and the world. It can be briefly summarized as follows:
  1. Through revelation from God (Allah), Muhammad (Peace be upon him) transferred humanity from obedience and submission to other men to the worship and submission to God alone, associating nothing with Him. Consequently, human kind became free from servitude to other than Allah, and this is the greatest honor for mankind.
  2.  Through revelation from God, Muhammad (Peace be upon him) liberated the human mind from superstition, deception and submission to false objects of worship

Also how can I deny the holy book when it has been so clear in explaining advanced technology, how the day turns into the night, the creation of human beings by water (as we know scientifically to be known that we came from cells) layers of heaven (which we describe now in scientific terms as the atmospheric levels?). Furthermore, the beginning of the universe and the movement of tectonic plates (there are numerous other examples of the science behind the Quran).

Win Win Situation for the Believers


His grandfather left instructions that the females should be deprived of their inheritance; should they follow this with regard to their father’s legacy?

Firstly:

A will which deprives the females of their inheritance is an unjust and haraam will, because it is contrary to the division of the estate as enjoined by Allah, may He be exalted, in His Book, and He issued a warning to the one who goes against that. Allah says concerning inheritance (interpretation of the meaning):

“These are the limits (set by) Allaah (or ordainments as regards laws of inheritance), and whosoever obeys Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), to abide therein, and that will be the great success.

14. And whosoever disobeys Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and transgresses His limits, He will cast him into the Fire, to abide therein; and he shall have a disgraceful torment”

[al-Nisa’ 4:13, 14].

It is not permissible for the heirs to act upon this unjust will; rather they have to give the women their rightful share of the legacy.

Firstly:

The website Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg, a student at Harvard University in America, at the beginning of 2004 CE. Use of the website was initially limited to students of the University, then the network expanded to include other universities in Boston, and eventually to include the entire world at the end of 2006 CE.

The aim behind the founding of this site was to enable people to get to know one another and build social relationships. This site is regarded as the most important virtual community on the Internet. The number of users runs to tens of millions and is constantly increasing. It is widely accepted in the Arab and Muslim world and is available in more than forty languages; the people in charge of the site are planning to add further languages.
